1-Green tea ka use kare .

Isme antioxidants hote h Jo aapke cholesterol ko kam karte h.or blood pressure ko control karne me help karte h isme kuch aise cells bhi paye jaate h jo cancer growing cells ko marte h ye asmane blood clotting ko bhi rokti h jis waja we ye strokes rokne me bhi madadgar h..


2-Olive oil ka use kare.

Khana banane k liye zetun oil ka use kare.
Isme fat bad LDL cholesterol ko kam karne me help karta h.
Olive oil me bhi antioxidants hote h,Jo or bhi kaafi bimario me ladne me bhi madad karte h..


3-Paryapt nind le .

Paryapt nind la lene se sharir se stress hormones nikalte h.

4-Fiber yukt aahar use kare .

5-Breakfast me fruits juice le .

Zada juice aapke liye acche h bas dhiyan rahe wo sugar free ho..


6-Daily exercise kare .

Agar aap daily 20 minutes exercise karte h to aapko haert attach hone ka khatra 1 tihai ghat jata h.
Walk up jana, aerobics ya dance classes karna fayde mand hoga.


7- Khane me lehsun ka use kare.

Adhyano me paya gaya h k lehsun khane se blood pressure kam rehta h.
Ye cholesterol ko bhi kam karta h or sath hi blood sugar levels ko bhi control karta h.
